What Makes a Safety Hero?
Each month, our supervisors, technicians, and Safety Compliance Manager are given nomination forms in order to choose who should be the next Safety Hero of the Quarter. In order to be a Safety Hero, you must meet several criteria. Individuals must have exemplary performance and accomplishments that month, be customer service oriented, and exude professionalism. The Safety Hero is someone who showed leadership, dependability, and acted as a mentor to new employees.
