Our History
When Penoco first opened its doors in April of 1988, founders Donald Peno and Timothy Sommer wanted to provide their customers with unbeatable service. Not just any service but a service no one else in the environmental contracting industry would be able to match.
By continuously offering the best quality of work, along with the most courteous and professional experience, their business quickly grew.
By 1996, Penoco had grown immensely, taking on countless jobs and hiring several more employees. The time had come to relocate from their cozy office in State College, PA, at Cato Park, to a much larger space in Pleasant Gap, PA. In 2009, to accommodate the company’s continuing growth, the building underwent major interior renovations.
